Megan worked in marketing since 2007, after completing her degree at Montana State University. She made her way from Moonlight Basin Ski Resort to the Bozeman Daily Chronicle and then founded Armstrong Marketing Solutions, now known as Hardy Brands. Applying her marketing savvy in combination with strong leadership skills, she forged the direction of the company: providing clients with positive, powerful tools to improve their businesses. With a knack for “thinking like a customer,” Megan identifies audience needs and then effectively connects with them. In addition to helping clients’ businesses thrive, Megan sits on the Montana Women’s Business Center board for Prospera and the American Marketing Association Advisory Board for Montana State University.

Yogesh, a 23-year Montana resident, brings over two decades of expertise in branding, media production, and communication to the Hardy team. His career began in journalism, writing for independent papers and outdoor magazines, before shifting to brand storytelling. Raised feral in the Sierra Nevada foothills, Yogesh moved to Montana for graduate studies and a mountain lifestyle. It was love at first powder day. He's dedicated to the Bozeman community and passionate about supporting impactful local businesses.

Amy joins our team with 7 years of experience in the marketing and advertising world. From food and beverage, and tech, to financial institutions and nonprofits, Amy has been a strategic partner for a multitude of industries. As a native of Bozeman, Amy has returned back to Montana after living in Denver, Colorado to help businesses throughout the Rockies from her hometown. In her time outside the office, Amy enjoys exploring the mountains, whether that is hiking in the summer or snowshoeing in the winter.

Originally from Stillwater, Minnesota, Kassandra joins the Hardy team with an affinity for brand strategy, client relationship management, and marketing. With over a decade of experience, her passion lies in creating brands that connect with their customers. Before joining Hardy, she worked for company-owned properties at Kampgrounds of America, Inc.; and most previously, the Radiation Research Society. When not cultivating connections at Hardy, Kassandra returns to the activities that attracted her to Montana; hiking and horseback riding.

Teresa is a third-generation Montanan and native Bozemanite. She believes that creative efforts take time to do well, and that collaboration is the key to creating the best work. Her keen intuition for aesthetics and conceptual thinking bring fresh perspectives to brands.Passionate about the outdoors, Teresa likes foraging for mushrooms, searching for elk and skiing. She is even a former Freeride competitor and coach for the Bridger Ski Foundation. Off the mountain, you can find her hanging out with her mini schnauzer Oreo or in the kitchen baking delicious treats.

Andrea grew up on the Hi-Line in Havre, Montana. She graduated from Montana State University with an A.A.S. in Interior Design and a B.F.A. in Graphic Design. Before joining Hardy, she worked as a graphic designer at MSU and held multiple creative internships and part-time gigs within the Bozeman community. Andrea has an affinity for beautiful type and thoughtful design. She is an interdisciplinary thinker and is continually inspired by her surroundings. Andrea enjoys sharpening new skills and pushing creative boundaries. She looks forward to bridging the gap between digital and environmental design within her work at Hardy.

In her spare time, she can be found exploring the great outdoors, traveling or trying out new recipes.

Jessie grew up outside of Boulder, Colorado. She came to Bozeman to attend Montana State University where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design. Before joining Hardy Brands, Jessie worked for an architectural design firm where she sharpened her talents for branding and design that included environmental experiences. She loves how graphic design can transform an experience through thoughtfully branded details. In addition to crafting delightful design experiences, Jessie likes to snowboard, raft, practice yoga and hike. An avid traveler, she finds inspiration in visiting new places. Some of her recent journeys have taken her to San Diego, Seattle, Wyoming, Glacier National Park, Ireland and Scotland.
